Is it possible that generating a small report (70kB) from SIAD (500MB) lasts something like 1,5 minute on a new PC? How long will it take to generate a report if SIAD will be 2000MB big?

It is normal. In case of 2GB archive it will be longer, but we don't how longer. It depends on PC power and other parameters.
