Hi, in this case you need use in your project sources\receivers with type Siemens_ProfibusS7_Group. They are two settings only. The driver embedded into IDE and RTM as T12s14.dll. Files for configurate data exchange be found in folder ...\Drivers_with_Setup\Siemens\Profibus_S7\.

Yes, before communicate with it You have to setup all necessary settings in the SimaticNet software. More detailed information You can find in the Trace Mode help system in section "Siemens S7 protocol".
