What am I supposed to fill in the fields “Outside Code” and “Registration Number” of the registration form?

"Outside code" - it is four digit number on the sticker on the Box or HASP-key. "Registration number" - is thirteen digits (very long number) on sticker on the CD-ROM and license envelop.
